A Taste of The Job We now have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Business Partner to join our commercial finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC), with the potential to transition into a permanent role. You'll become a key player in supporting and driving the financial performance of our sales teams. Based in London office and reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, this role offers the chance to provide strategic and business partnering support to our sales teams and other parts of the organisation. You'll collaborate across departments such as marketing, operations, and customer services, ensuring our financial strategies align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities Partner with Regional Sales Directors to support the achievement of sales targets by providing financial performance monitoring and analysis.Deliver quarterly and annual commercial forecasts and budgets for sales regions.Provide regular financial reports and strategic advice to sales directors and senior management, ensuring financial goals are met.Analyse promotional effectiveness and provide financial insights.Develop and maintain financial models to aid in decision-making and forecasting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to streamline processes and enhance financial performance.Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.Implement cost savings and management strategies.Streamline and automate financial models and processes.Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.Stay informed about industry and market trends to guide financial strategies.A Bit About You You are a commercially minded finance professional with at least 2 years post-CIMA/ACMA qualification.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within FMCG or drinks industry.You've got a solid track record of financial business partnering and are comfortable supporting senior leadership with financial planning and analysis.You're proficient in Excel, able to develop complex financial models, and are comfortable working with large datasets.You thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with others to achieve shared goals, communicate clearly and respectfully, and bring people together to resolve conflicts.You focus on customer needs, effectively plan and manage time, and provide excellent customer service.You're known for your problem-solving abilities, able to identify financial risks and recommend effective solutions.You bring experience in project management, particularly with long-term, high-value projects involving multiple teams.The Essence of QB - The Benefits Competitive company pension scheme to help you plan for the future.Comprehensive life assurance for peace of mind.Annual performance-based bonus to recognise your hard work.25 days holiday plus bank holidays to recharge and enjoy your downtime.Exclusive discounts with a range of high street and online retailers.
