The Opportunity The Finance Business Partner actively helps improve the performance of the business and provides full business finance support to the Country Manager who has P&L responsibility for the business across the Region or Country.
Main Responsibilities So, what will you be doing?
This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including: Execute financial planning and analysis processes including forecast and budget processes for the markets and continuous analytics on market performance and related areas Process development and optimization as it relates to areas of pricing, commissions, rebates and discounts, etc.
Month-end closing process for all countries/markets including input in judgment areas to Accounting team and approve the release of financial report content Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations Financial sparring partner to the Country Managers as well as the constant link between business and finance Support business case development and analytics for campaigns, projects, etc.
Support pricing analytics and pricing proposal development Participate in bonus target setting process and review of actual realization Benchmark of market KPI's.

Relevant working experience in a business control position within a sales & marketing organisation Significant experience with financial analysis and reporting on key ratios Ability to clearly and convincingly present and communicate on the outcome of financial analytics and drive relevant process change, behavior or actions across the business Understanding key metrics that drive financial performance Good knowledge of English and another European language (verbal and in writing) - (language preference depending on region) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Willingness to travel Desirable Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and SAP an advantage Experience with Business Intelligence preferred ?
Additional Details Being based in the UK is preferable but candidates within Europe will be considered for this position Day rate contractors will also be considered JTRA1_UKTJ
