Finance Business Partner

Venn Group are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association who are looking to recruit a well rounded Finance Business Partner to accurately prepare and monitor the budget and support and challenge various budget holders.

Location: Watford
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
Lead the process of creating the annual budget and continuously monitor and review any changes Provide balance sheet reports for any subsidiary / joint venture companies within the group Prepare financial reports for subsidiaries / joint ventures including capital expenditure, cash flow statements and balance sheet analysis Prepare reports for the board and effectively deal with any queries Own the fixed asset register for subsidiaries and joint venture companies, ensuring additions and disposals are accounted for in a timely manner Producing annual statutory accounts and assist with audits as and when required Experience required:
Qualified Accountant or Finalist (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) Exposure to the Housing sector Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Open Accounts / Orchard Housing System (desirable)
