We are looking to recruit a qualified Financial Business Partner into our successful BP team due to internal progression.The roleAlong with wider finance business partner team, have responsibility for leading on operationally driven projects across the businessHave responsibility for ensuring weekly reporting & distribution occurs within tight reporting deadlines for an ever-expanding business.
To ensure we monitor and report on all financial data & prepare accurate and timely financial and KPI reportsTo co-manage the hosting & reporting for weekly trading meetings with senior executives and business leadersAdvise on development of operational cross finance processes to ensure robust controls are in place & meet the needs of the business.
Must keep yourself current with financial regulations & accepted practices, offering advice on systems/procedure change where necessary.Liaise closely with our external branch network inc. regional Directors, offering training and support on understanding financial information.What you'll do Visiting and supporting the key stakeholders around the country with management financial information and understanding (usually within your designated region(s))Build/design new reporting techniques in excel, in line with operational requirements and in conjunction with BI teamTo work with FC/FD to suggest ways to develop finance processes to ensure controls are robust & in line with requirements of the businessAd-hoc analysis of financial trends.Supporting the FD / Head of FP&A in their roleAssist in weekly trading reporting and meetings with SMT & Exec each MondayTranslation of financial data to operational team membersHelp develop new reporting in excel, dashboards & financial summaries for operationsEnsure all KPI's & month-end reporting deadlines are metPerform internal audits of our systems where necessary, monitoring & reporting on any financial discrepancies (exception reporting)Who you areAdvanced skills with Excel (e.G.
