Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be mentored and supported to reach your full potential.Based on a rural estate, nestled within acres of stunning natural beauty on the north Norfolk coast.
The estate is known for its diverse visitor and leisure businesses, which generate a significant portion of its income.
It boasts a rich heritage, innovative approach, and commitment to sustainability and conservation.Key Responsibilities:Produce accurate and meaningful management information to aid decision-making in land and property developmentReporting to the Finance Director and collaborating with the General Manager and operational heads on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisDevelop annual operating budgets and five-year plans, aligning with the estate's long-term objectivesEnsure compliance with financial procedures and regulations, including procurementProvide financial support and analysis for development projects, including detailed phased cash flowsAct as a 'critical friend' to challenge and ensure financial objectives are metRequirements:Qualified or Part-Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertakenExperience in business partnering, budget preparation, and financial analysisAbility to influence and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholdersHighly proficient in using standard accounts packages and ExcelRewards and benefitsCompetitive salary £45-50kSupport and training - ideal role for professionals transitioning from practice to industryProfessional study support if requiredMatched pension schemeAccommodation and relocation optionsStaff Discount Card: Enjoy discounts at various stores and cafés.Free parking all year
