Finance Business Partner

Role:You will be responsible for providing and promoting effective financial information in order to inform key decision making across the group.
Responsibilities; Creating processes to continuously improve financial reporting and analysis which meets the needs of the business and key stakeholders Developing reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure that the financial outcomes of projects can be measured Developing systems to deliver end to end process reviews to improve financial reporting Managing relationships with budget holders to develop and set budgets in line with deadlines and then to provide ongoing timely and insightful reporting and forecasting against budgets Improving reporting and KPIs in conjunction with the business to monitor financial and operational performance and make improvements.
Analysing and investigating budget variances Delivering continuous improvements in the quality of management information provided to senior managers, budget holders, the Exec Team and Board The successful candidate: CCAB or CIMA qualified Proven experience in a business facing position Demonstrate a commercial yet socially aware approach Available to start a contract at short notice
