Finance Business Partner - London This is a great job for someone who is a motivated professional in Asset Management with a keen sense of commercial awareness, business acumen, and exceptional attention to detail.
A bit about the job: Our Business Partner Team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality financial management information and analysis to the Executive team, the business, and Aviva Finance.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the Global Head of Distribution and the Distribution leadership team in meeting their financial goals.
Your responsibilities will include: • Advising on the commercial aspects of the distribution strategy: Including new client relationships, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Providing robust oversight of business costs: Ensure effective cost control and management.
• Driving strong performance discussions on Flows and Revenues: Through your meticulous analysis.
• Being an agent for change: Supporting the delivery of key enhancements in commercial and business MI.
You will build strong relationships with the Distribution function and manage interactions with the leadership team.
Additionally, you will support the Head of Finance Business Partnering with month-end reporting, including client sales and AUM monitoring, cost reporting, cost containment, headcount analysis, planning, and forecasting.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in finance, a professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience in the Asset Management industry.
Strong skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and financial software, including the Microsoft 365 suite.
Ability to translate financial and non-financial data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role, with a track record of building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial analyses and reports.
