Finance Business Partner | £40,000 - £45,000 | Permanent | CumbriaCastlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable organisation in Cumbria who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis.

Duties: Preparing financial forecasts, performing departmental audits and analysing the company's financial performance Provide support and advice for the wider business, including colleagues with a non-financial background Responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts Posting prepayments, accruals and other journals Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Experience: Previous experience working in the wider not-for-profit or public sector as a Management Accountant or a Finance Business Partner Actively working towards a financial qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACA etc Advanced excel skills and strong financial system knowledge Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Available to start next assignment immediately
