Commercial Finance Business Partner - Coventry / Hybrid - £55,000 Reporting into an impressive Head of Finance, you will be a strong finance business partner with an analytical mind-set, someone great with numbers and detail, who also has a commercial understanding in terms of how the numbers translate into changes in business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Budgeting and forecasting for the board Supporting commercial activities from a finance perspective Analysing company performance Some weekly and monthly management accounts activities Monitoring and advising the board on weekly KPI's and identifying key variances Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business including non-financial Business partnering the commercial teams Supporting the Head of Finance with commercial projects Strong Excel skills essential You will be a Qualified candidate with a strong finance business partnering background, and good management accounts grounding, within a commercial organisation, and posses great communication skills, including the ability to challenge stakeholders and gain buy in where necessary.
