Individually great, together unstoppable The Role and the Team We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join us on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract to help our FP&A team deliver value to our growing business. Reporting directly into our Head of FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding and communicating the financial landscape of Blue Light Card.

What You'll Do Drive our budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with senior stakeholders to accurately forecast our future performance and set targets.Perform regular variance analysis to highlight the key drivers of our financial results, and recommended actions.Partner with our Marketing, Design and Product teams to provide them with the analysis they need to optimise our member offering and drive more value for our members.Perform market analysis and benchmarking to provide context around our member behaviour and financial performance.Contribute to our long-term forecast model, including scenario analysis to inform executive decision-making.Support with the implementation of our new FP&A system, Datarails.What You'll Bring Proven experience in FP&A, with a solid understanding of financial forecasting and analysis techniques.A recognised qualification or part-qualification in Accountancy (e.g. CIMA or ACCA).Excellent data and analytical skills, including familiarity with forecasting, reporting, budgeting and reforecasting.Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly to non-finance business partners.A track record of building strong business partnering relationships with colleagues at all levels including senior management.Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, sumifs).Experience working in a marketing, tech or ecommerce/D2C company would be an advantage.Knowledge of SQL or Power Query is a plus, but isn't essential.Our Culture Our members, partners and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do.
