Finance Assistant

I am currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join a well-established housing association in Pontypridd.
The role: 3 month contract Mon - Fri 37hrs/week Pontypridd based £15 - £17 /hour Paid weekly via umbrella As a Finance Assistant, your role will include: Day to day processing of the Accounts Payable function in a cost effective, timely and accurate manner Recording and tracking invoices, monitoring unmatched items, and resolving queries, reconciling statements.
To lead on all Accounts Payable queries utilising direct and indirect reports where appropriate.
Assist in month end / year end closure and reporting Undertaking any other duties as required by the Payroll, Payments & Systems Manager Deliver high quality, timely customer service to a variety of stakeholders, either in person, by telephone or in writing To be successful as a Finance Assistant you will have: Relevant qualification in finance Proven experience in accounts payable and accounting principles Confident in Microsoft use Ability to manage your own workload Excellent planning/organising skills.
