Finance Assistant

ROLE - FINANCE ASSISTANT HOURS - 30-40 Hours a Week (Flexible) LOCATION - LE4, Leicester SALARY - Up to £30,000 (Depending on hours) Full Time / Permanent Responsibilities include: Producing quarterly vat returns and reconciling to nominal ledgers Perform periodic bank reconciliations.
Analyse and process company credit cards and employee expenses.
Process invoices, expenses, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Handle the opening of trade credit accounts with suppliers.
Dealing with debt collection and keeping track of retentions, valuations and payment certificates Arrange travel and accommodation for engineers and other employees.
Update and maintain records and databases accurately.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally.
Proficiency in Sage accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
