As a Finance Assistant you will make sure that you deal with the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase invoices, answering day to day queries, completing daily bank reconciliations whilst assisting the Head of Finance and other members of the team when required.

Positively Brilliant You will work in a busy office environment, which is constantly changing and evolving to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
On a day-to-day basis you will: Raise sales invoices for all completed customer orders, this will include Project/Time/Product/Contract Invoicing Look after Microsoft365 Licences administration and management, including client account management Assist with Direct Debit administration and collections Manage Client Onboarding/offboarding process Complete daily bank account reconciliations Maintain accurate client information in our company systems Respond to customer queries promptly via email and telephone Assist with the preparation of financial reports About You Inspire us!
