They are seeking an organised and proactive Finance Assistant to join their team.
This part-time role (4 days a week) will support the Finance Manager with day-to-day financial operations, including processing transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month-end and year-end tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims Raise sales invoices and chase outstanding debts Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow reports Support VAT and tax compliance Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits Ideal Candidate: Previous finance experience, ideally in accounts payable/receivable Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel (Xero experience is a plus) Attention to detail, organised, and a team player Experience in higher education or a PE-backed SME is advantageous REF-217 983
