Finance Assistant Location: Hybrid opportunities based in Corsham (1-2 days per week in office) A Forward-looking Engineering Company Ebeni is involved in engineering projects and programmes in the Defence & Aerospace, Aviation, Rail, Nuclear, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Cyber & Digital sectors.

Our Team Our finance department is part of our wider support team, which includes finance, quality, HR, and IT support.
We're a collaborative group of individuals who support the consultancy arm of our business.
The Role Support the finance team in closing monthly accounts, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date, including processing purchase invoices and expenses, and accounts payable functions.
Process weekly timesheets and raise sales invoices.
Assist with credit control procedures.
Ensure sufficient cover on projects for invoicing procedures.
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
Please note that all applicants must be able to obtain and/or maintain a valid security clearance.
Skills & Experience Experience with Sage 200 (beneficial) Membership in a professional bookkeeping body (beneficial) Experience managing business invoices Ability to maintain and analyse financial records Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at various levels Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Personal Development Ebeni puts people first, and wellbeing is at the forefront of what we do.
