Finance Assistant

Robert Half are currently working with a business based in North-East Bristol who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join for an initial period of 3 months.
Role: Finance Assistant Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (Hourly/daily rate equivalent) Duration: Circa 3 months Start date: ASAP Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hour working week.
3 days in the office, 2 working from home Responsibilities include: Maintaining the accounts payable ledger Managing the expenses Managing the accounts receivable ledger Weekly bank reconciliations Assisting with cashflow forecasting Assisting with month end activities - closing ledgers and associated reporting Person Specification Computer literate including good working knowledge of Excel Previous experience in a similar role Good communication and relationship building skills High attention to detail Ability to take accountability of own workload Proactive attitude Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
