Responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices, credit card expenditures, and staff expenses accurately and efficiently.
Reconciling supplier statements, addressing discrepancies, and managing related queries.
Overseeing the accounts payable email inbox and handling communications.
Preparing and processing weekly payment runs via online banking.
Posting payments and assisting with weekly client procurement payment runs.
Collaborating with the procurement team to keep client projects reconciled and up-to-date.
Compiling monthly expense documentation for client billing.
Who you are: At least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
Experience in the creative industry is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Knowledge of multicurrency transactions and foreign exchange.
An AAT or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
