Finance, Payroll and Pensions Administrator Are you a finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accuracy in payroll?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a Finance & Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll, pension, and financial operations.
You'll ensure that employees are compensated correctly, handled efficiently, and financial records are kept up to date.
Main Responsibilities: Accurately manage the monthly payroll, ensuring all salaries, bonuses, overtime, and statutory payments—are processed on time and in compliance with UK regulations.
Administer employee pension schemes, handling auto-enrolment, contributions, and any queries employees may have about their pension benefits.
Assist in preparing payroll reports, ensuring accurate reconciliation of payroll costs, tax, and National Insurance contributions.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll and pension records, ensuring all processes comply with relevant legislation and internal policies, and support audits when required.
Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in payroll administration.
Strong understanding of UK tax codes, NI contributions, and pension regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel skills for financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills: Experience working in a large organisation or public sector payroll.
Relevant qualifications (CIPP or AAT) are a bonus but not essential.
