Finance Analyst - Transactions

Finance Analyst - Transactions £400-£500 per day Cobalt are working with a leading Real Estate business with a significant Pan-European footprint, currently seeking an Interim Finance Analyst to join their team on an initial contract as they go through a period of active transactions.
The successful applicant will be working closely with the rest of the finance, acquisition, and operation teams.
Consistently liaising with different stakeholders, focused on project management and technical accounting.
Key duties include: Produce comprehensive process and control documentation for deal onboarding/offboardingDaily updates on allocated deals to the broader team and review completion accountsManage pre-acquisition and post-acquisition adjustmentsLead onboarding for assigned jurisdictionsCollaborate with accounting teams to map and integrate financial data accuratelyEnsure acquisition documents are obtained for reporting and audit purposesAssist with ESG data collection initiatives and assist in financial due diligence for offboarding opportunitiesKey requirements: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Experience working within the real estate/ property industryProject managemnet and technical accounting skillsExposure to reviewing completion statementsImmediately availableIf you would be interested in hearing more about this role, then please send over a copy of your CV ASAP!
