Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, an award-winning company based here in Northern Ireland to recruit for an Administratorto join the team on a full-time, temporary basis.Our client offers a comprehensive range of services for various recognisable brands within the industry.
The Role Overseeing the end-to-end order process.
Managing product pricing through an internal CRM system.
Working closely alongside external suppliers.
Creating and processing quotes and invoices.
Assisting in any other adhoc administrative tasks to support the business.
The Person The ideal candidate will be coming with administrative experience, working within a banking or insurance role.
Confident in the use of CRM systems and IT packages.
Strong, personable, and confident individual, who has the ability to work within a fast-paced working environment.
Outstanding attention to detail.
The package for this role is £12 per hour.
This role presents great opportunities for career development Due to the nature of this role; the position is based on site in Mallusk, with working a working week of Monday-Thursday 9am to 5:15pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
