As a Finance Administrator at Stein IAS, you will provide efficient and effective finance administration and support to the finance team.
Primary Duties: Maintain Purchase Ledger, including creating new accounts in Paprika Process purchase invoices Manage company credit cards Raise purchase orders Perform supplier account reconciliations and handle queries Assist with general finance and office administration Assisting the Finance Manager with monthly accounts submission Preparing VAT / Tax Returns Complete other ad hoc tasks as required This position offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and learning opportunities, ideal for someone pursuing a career in finance.
