Finance Administrator

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis located in Horndean.
Our client is ideally seeking someone to work on a part-time basis, 3 days per week - 2 days in the office and one day working from home(07.30am-430pm).  Responsibilities Manage and oversee administrative tasks to support construction projects.
Utilise Xero for financial management, including reconciliation, reporting and invoicing.
Assist in the communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Support the team in delivering projects to the highest standard, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.  Requirements: Proven experience with CIS and Xero.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills/abilities.
Strong attention to detail whilst maintaining accuracy.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
