As a Finance Administrator at Stein IAS, you will provide efficient and effective finance administration and support to the finance team.
Primary Duties: - Maintain Purchase Ledger, including creating new accounts in Paprika - Process purchase invoices - Manage company credit cards - Raise purchase orders - Perform supplier account reconciliations and handle queries - Assist with general finance and office administration - Assisting the Finance Manager with monthly accounts submission - Preparing VAT / Tax Returns - Complete other ad hoc tasks as required This position offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and learning opportunities, ideal for someone pursuing a career in finance.
