Filler Operative

KFM Recruitment is excited to offer a new opportunity for a Production/ Filling Operative at a well-established client based in the Market Weighton area.
This temporary-to-permanent position offers an excellent day shift, promoting a strong work-life balance, and provides potential for career progression based on performance.
The Role: Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Bagging and filling large storage units (1 tonne) Hand filling and palletising medium containers (25kg) Updating computer systems with required information Transporting pallets of goods around the site using a counterbalance forklift truck Planning and organising workload effectively Manually assembling and jet washing large metal containers for packing Maintaining accurate records and completing checks and forms for quality and safety compliance Benefits: Day shift with a great work-life balance Temporary to permanent position with the potential for long-term employment Ongoing work with weekly pay Comprehensive training provided The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment Reliable transportation to Market Weighton Strong work ethic and punctuality Forklift (Counterbalance) experience is desirable This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking manufacturing company that values its employees and is committed to their development and success.
