Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Team Manager to oversee and manage a team of up to 20 engineers in West London .
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, manage, and support a team of up to 20 field engineers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess team performance, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to optimize project delivery.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, team performance, and any issues or risks to senior management.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
