Role Description This is a full-time role for a Field Services Engineer to join our team at Air Power East Ltd in Stanton.
The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for; performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting at breakdowns, providing solutions, installing and commissioning new equipment and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis at customer locations.
The offices/stores/workshop are based in Stanton and the work involves daily travel normally in and around Norfolk, Suffolk and East Cambs including to and from the premises as required.
Qualifications Field Service and Technical Support skills Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of compressed air technology is a plus Previous experience in a similar role Mechanical Engineering certification in relevant field
