The client Global leading manufacturer in the waste & recycling sector.
Location: Remote The Role You will play a crucial role by visiting customers daily to ensure their installations function smoothly.
These issues could involve electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems, and you'll also be responsible for resolving any customer complaints.
Your responsibilities will include delivering, installing, and maintaining machines at customer locations, ensuring they are ready for use.
You will also perform regular preventive maintenance to keep the equipment in top condition.
This hands-on work will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and minimising downtime.
In addition to the technical tasks, you will communicate clearly with customers regarding the installation and performance of their machines.
You'll also provide them with guidance on how to use and maintain the equipment, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in operating the systems you've worked on.
Requirements\Qualifications Expertise in electrical engineering and control technology Ability to read and understand technical drawings Demonstrable experience carrying out tasks across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic applications Willingness to handle emergency repair services Flexible working hours and open to travel Salary: Competitive base, plus overtime pay rates.
