Field Service Engineer Devon/Cornwall + field based £35k Are you ready to take your engineering expertise on the road and make a difference?
We're looking for a Field Service Engineer who thrives on delivering exceptional service and enjoys a mix of technical challenges and customer engagement.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work with cutting-edge interactive fitness and fun equipment, serving clients across the UK and internationally.
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of installation, troubleshooting, and servicing, ensuring their innovative products operate at peak performance.
Whether it's hands-on installations, remote diagnostics, or customer training, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Install and commission products, from legacy systems to state-of-the-art interactive equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely.
Deliver customer training and carry out routine maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan.
Support in-house teams with product testing, quality assurance, and production.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate service records.
About You We're seeking someone who: Has a background in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
Takes pride in delivering a fantastic customer experience.
Is physically fit and comfortable working in active environments like play centres.
Can work independently, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Is open to UK and international travel, including occasional out-of-hours or weekend work.
Essential Requirements: Proficiency with hand and power tools.
A valid UK driving licence and passport, with no travel restrictions.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
