Field Service Technician Covering Scotland and Northern Ireland £40K (OTE £55K to £60K) Permanent My client are a global leader within the automation and packing industry who offer end to end manufacturing solutions to their clients They are now on the lookout for an experience Multiskilled Field Service Technician to join their team and work across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities – Field Service Technician To carry out scheduled maintenance in line with the agreed customer service contract.
To develop existing service contracts to increase revenue/spares stock/OEE/consumables.
To prepare reports of work undertaken for use within the company or for the customer.
To advise on and promote aftersales products offered by the service department.
To act in an advisory capacity with regard to customers spare parts holdings requirements.
To maintain and develop customer relationships.
To carry out any special tasks as reasonably requested by the Field Service Manager.
