UK (m/w/d) Nationwide (UK) No mundane routine ? we make every day special: In this highly variable position, you will inspect, maintain, and repair our products (pneumatic and battery-powered manual strapping tools as well as semi-automatic and fully automatic strapping, pallet wrapping, carton sealing, and cartoning machines) at our customers' locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
In collaboration with our Business Service Manager and Service Coordinator, you will offer premium service, e.g., by answering technical questions and training our customers' staff in the (safe) operation of our products.
As a representative of our company, you will strengthen our relationships by proactively addressing customer needs, assisting with spare parts management, and advising on replacement options for retired equipment.
Skills you bring to the team: Completed electrical (technical) training, e.g., as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or plant mechanic Professional experience in a workshop or production environment (ideally in the steel industry) with a sound understanding of assembly and production ? additional expertise in pneumatics is a big plus Confident in the operation of standard tools, equipment, and modern computers, as well as a good understanding of current health and safety regulations Class B driver's license If you are a proactive team player who enjoys building and strengthening relationships, can quickly adapt to new projects, and enjoy a career where your daily routine is anything but boring, then this is the job for you!
