Our industry-leading Security Solutions division is searching for a talented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
In this role, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' security systems, providing exceptional technical support and maintaining strong customer relationships.
About the Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex security equipment used in airports around the world.
This includes X-ray and CT scanners, Explosive Detection Systems (EDS), and other vital technology used to keep passengers and cargo safe.
You'll be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to: Work independently and as part of a team.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience with Electromechanical systems (Medical Equiptment ideal).
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Adapt to changing schedules and work requirements.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Lift and carry heavy equipment (minimum 25kg).
Navigate challenging airport environments.
