We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our existing team supporting our Robotics Division, this role will be based from our Telford Office, but will be expected to provide coverage to the whole of the UK & Ireland.
Responding to service and breakdown requests with Customers; Completion of Field Service reports on all customer related activity
Basic programming of Robots (Full Training will be provided).
To be included in the 24/7 on call rota.
To deliver our maintenance/user training courses as and when required.
Minimum of 3 years automation and/or technical service experience
Valid passport (or capability to get a passport) as international travel will be required
Willingness to travel 50% - 70% of the time
Experience of electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as well as repair and refurbishment.
Experience of reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical drawings and related technical documents.
We would also look for Candidates to have good clear communication skills and be comfortable liaising with all levels whilst being able to work with minimal supervision.
