Aermec is looking for a talented Field Service Engineer / Chiller Service Engineer to join our growing UK team.

We serve key clients such as data centres, hospitals, and other high-profile institutions like Wimbledon's training facility and Tottenham's training ground.
We are expanding and need skilled engineers who can help maintain our reputation for reliable service and technological excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and service activities on large-scale chiller units and heat pumps to ensure optimal system performance.
Diagnose and repair faults in chiller and air conditioning systems, particularly in chiller units and compressor technologies, including Turbocor.
Provide both immediate and lasting solutions to minimise downtime for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of work progress and any additional requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and professional service standards are consistently met.
Be part of a 24-hour call-out rota, responding promptly to service requests, including emergency breakdowns, and providing critical support to clients in industries such as healthcare and data centres.
Complete detailed reports for each service visit, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any further actions required.
Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, especially when working in sensitive environments such as schools, hospitals, and data centres.
Follow all necessary procedures and obtain site permissions where required.

What We're Looking For : Qualifications : Must hold a valid F-Gas qualification and CSCS card.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Experience : At least five years' experience working on large-scale chillers and heat pumps, with knowledge of compressor technologies such as Turbocor.
Familiarity with BMS systems is advantageous.
Availability : You will be part of our 24-hour call-out rota, providing critical service to our key clients.
Location : Ideally based in Southwest London, within the M25 or along the M4 corridor.
You must be able to easily commute to central London and occasionally travel to our headquarters near Southend Airport.
