Field Service Engineer

What You Will Contribute: Field Service Engineers are responsible for providing install and repair work of their portfolio of products and will be working on the full range of water quality monitors, fixed gas detection monitors and flow meters.
Full and comprehensive product training will be provided, so applicants are welcome from Service Engineers from a broad array of industry sectors but water/gas industry background is preferred.
Main Tasks Support and advice for users and resellers on the installation and operation of measuring instruments Commissioning as well as service and maintenance work on site Analysis of measurement data Working with measuring instruments in-house for testing purposes Software-supported documentation and tracking of support cases and projects Building relationships with customers Providing training on site with end users Service report writing ability to share best practice with the team.
