Location: Worldwide travel (approx.
70% of time), with UK site-based work in Norwich Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £50k with all travel, accommodation, and meals covered About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electronics Field Service Engineer to join our clients team.
This is a unique opportunity to work globally on the latest cutting-edge weapons systems, with around 70% of your time spent traveling internationally to support and service our equipment in various field locations.
The remainder of your time will be spent at our Norwich site, working directly with our UK-based team.
When in Norwich, you will either be commutable to the headquarters or able to stay in company-provided accommodation.
All travel, accommodation (both internationally and in Norwich), and meals are fully covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities: Perform fault-finding and repairs on advanced electronic systems in diverse field environments.
Embed and integrate the latest weapons technologies into existing platforms, ensuring smooth operations and functionality.
Collaborate with teams across multiple locations to maintain and enhance the performance of our systems.
Participate in comprehensive, initial product training to gain in-depth knowledge of all relevant systems and equipment.
Requirements: Essential: Electronics experience is required for this position.
Mechanical or electrical-only backgrounds will not be considered.
Willingness to travel globally for extended periods (up to 70% of working time).
Ability to be based in Norwich during non-travel periods, either by commuting or staying in company-provided accommodation.
