Role: Field Sales Manager Salary: £38-42k (dependent on experience)
Location: Glasgow, field based role
Our client is a tech-startup reinventing restaurant point-of-sale (POS) software.
The company aims to disrupt the archaic and expensive restaurant systems currently being used in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service, be reliable professional, and have a results-driven approach.
Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Manage the entire 360 sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Demonstrate products to prospective clients either in person or online
Provide professional after-sales support to maximise customer loyalty
Proven experience as an field salesperson, or similar sales role
Background in hospitality / FMCG industry
Proven track record working with KPIs in a sales setting
Experience canvassing, face to face sales and cold-calling into various types of local businesses
Strong organisational and time-management skills
