Role: Field Sales ManagerSalary: £38-42k (dependent on experience)OTE: plus 26k uncappedLocation: Glasgow, field based roleSector: SaaS / Hospitality Company descriptionOur client is a tech-startup reinventing restaurant point-of-sale (POS) software.
The company aims to disrupt the archaic and expensive restaurant systems currently being used in the industry.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a true startup, taking a big role in a small team.
Being a founding member, you will drive the transformation from a startup into a successful company.Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service, be reliable professional, and have a results-driven approach.
Key attributes of the position would include someone who is excellent when talking to clients face-to-face.Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.Your responsibilitiesManage the entire 360 sales cycle from finding a client to securing a dealManage your time and build your own pipelineDiscover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnershipsDemonstrate products to prospective clients either in person or onlineProvide professional after-sales support to maximise customer loyaltyRemain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs and maintain the company's reputationJob RequirementsProven experience as an field salesperson, or similar sales roleBackground in hospitality / FMCG industryKnowledge of restaurant operations is a plusProven track record working with KPIs in a sales settingExperience canvassing, face to face sales and cold-calling into various types of local businessesExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationshipsStrong organisational and time-management skillsComfortable working independently and managing your own diaryBenefits include:Work with an incredible team at an incredible companyCompetitive SalaryRewarding Commission SchemeBonus SchemeEquity OptionsFast Progression OpportunitiesUnlimited HolidaysRemote working
