Field Sales Manager - Independent & Key Account (Toy and Gift) Our client, one of the UK's leading toy companies, specialising in licensed character-led plush toys and stationery, is looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead their in-house Field Sales team as well as Agents.
In this role you will be responsible for sales management across independent and key account channels.

Key responsibilities: Management & Motivation of the Sales Team: Manage the team to achieve set budgets, recruit and train new members, and forecast sales.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities in independents and key accounts, develop account plans to deliver growth, and negotiate terms and prices.
Strategic Planning: Work with the Head of UK Sales to develop the sales strategy, liaise with marketing teams to execute the budget and targets plan, devise innovative retail support plans, and report sales performance monthly.
Successful candidates will be confident in their ability to manage and motivate field sales teams.
They will have experience budgeting, forecasting, devising, and implementing sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will be 'new business' focused and growth orientated.
This role will suit someone who has experience of leading field sales teams across toys, books, gifting, or other FMCG products.
