In this role, you will manage your own diary, meeting with new clients to understand their need for our service and convert them into new business.
This role comes with excellent basic salaries and uncapped commissions.

Experience in Field Sales (ideally within the recruitment sector or other B2B environment) A confident and outgoing manner A self-starter Not afraid to 'think outside the box' A strong sales ability including understanding customer goals and closing deals Excellent organisation skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads An overall positive and can-do attitude with a focus on results What will your role as a Field Sales Executives look like?
The role will be generating your own leads as well as working with lapsed accounts Arranging and attending appointments Using effective questioning techniques to establish the customers' needs and sell/upsell based on their requirements To ensure the customer receives a service which is second to none Working to targets and to ensure revenue is maximised with each sale Interested?
