Key Responsibilities You'll drive new business development in your assigned geographical area, successfully converting self-generated leads into active, spending accounts.
Identify new opportunities in the market through multiple channels (SalesForce, Linkedin, Endole, Canvasing and any other tools at your disposal!)
Attend internal sales forecast meetings, fully prepared with relevant data on current market opportunities, sales pipeline figures and overview of sales activity carried out to achieve target.
Sell, Sell, Sell… Your only focus will be on New Business Sales, once you have signed a client up to a contract, that account gets passed to our internal team and you move on to your next sale!
To Succeed in this role You'll have a clear, tried and tested Sales Process when identifying new clients and you'll be able to use this to convert a prospect into active.
Being able to effectively manage your sales pipeline is essential!
You'll be constantly forward thinking and always know where your next sale is going to come from.
Simply put, you'll need to be motivated.
Whether you are motivated by the money, the thrill of closing a deal or finishing the month at top of the sales leader board, this are going to be key in your ongoing success.
How you'll demonstrate it You'll have a proven track record of commercial success in Business to Business Sales.
Ideally this will be in a Field Sales role, but we can consider other similar experiences too.
Experience selling into public sector, specifically the NHS or a similar healthcare setting would be very advantageous.
