The Opportunity Planview, a leader in Portfolio Management and Work Management, is looking for a savvy, motivated, performance-oriented, and self-driven UK&I Field Marketing Manager to drive regional awareness and build pipeline in this exciting market.
The ideal candidate will support across all pipeline generating activities, particularly on Target Accounts, by working closely with the local sales and marketing teams to build and accelerate pipeline.
To accomplish this goal, this person will work cross functionally in an agile go-to-market model with marketing, sales and product teams to build and execute multi-channel campaigns while reporting and optimizing results.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing Northern Europe, this individual should have a willingness to test boldly and fail fast, and an ability to "get stuff done".
Demand will come from a combination of digital marketing programs, localized in-person and virtual events and targeted content promotion.
The ideal candidate is someone that understands how to drive qualified interest across the UK&I markets, creating campaigns at scale but with localization in mind.

What You'll Do Event Management: Plan and execute regional marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and customer events to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event themes, agendas, and promotional materials.
Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure successful event execution.
Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social and online advertising, to drive engagement and lead generation.
Marketing Automation: Utilize Salesforce and Marketo to track and report campaign performance, manage leads, and optimize marketing automation processes.
Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work with product and content marketing to create compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audience.
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Leaders as well as SDR's to ensure end-to-end campaign alignment and execution by communicating and educating on new and planned target account marketing initiatives Contribute to the design and implementation of the regional strategy utilizing existing knowledge on local markets and trends Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics including lead generation, pipeline contribution and campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing effectiveness and ROI.
What You'll Bring Demonstratable experience with enterprise SaaS software marketing, demand generation, and sales processes Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred 3+ years of years of B2B demand generation experience Demonstrated experience and knowledge in latest B2B demand generation as well as ABM trends.
Advanced knowledge of B2B marketing automation, email marketing (Marketo) is strongly preferred Experience and passion for performance optimization paired with strong analytical skills and metrics driven decision making Experience working with Salesforce.com to evaluate performance and ROI Exceptional written and oral communications skills in English, effective in both formal and informal settings Benefits at Planview At Planview, you'll join our global team and culture which reflects the vibrant communities in which our employees live and work.
