Role Overview: As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be a vital link between our customers and care/support workers, ensuring that care is delivered to the highest standards.
Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, you'll also participate in on-call duties on a rota basis, including at least every other weekend, for which you'll receive enhanced pay in addition to your salary.
You may also be required to work outside of these hours to meet business needs.
Your Responsibilities: In this role, you'll take on a variety of key tasks, including: Conducting customer assessments, creating personalised care and support plans, and managing medication charts.
Ensuring stringent quality and compliance standards through regular audits and checks.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain and enhance care/support standards.
Providing invaluable guidance and support to our dedicated care/support workers in the field.
Upholding robust safeguarding practices, documenting incidents, and following up on necessary actions.
You'll be working out and about visiting customers and care workers in your assigned area along with supporting in and around, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth but will also work out of our Beccles head office.
All mileage is paid at 42p per mile.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
A proven track record in care/support work.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work on your own initiative and plan your workload.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to start this qualification after your probation period.
Experience in leading/supervising a team is desirable but not essential.
