The company specialises in domiciliary and live-in care services across Hertfordshire and has recently expanded into Buckinghamshire.Salary up to £28,000Opportunity to work in a growing companySupport for further qualifications, such as Level 3 in Health & Social Care The Role: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will: Plan and deliver high-quality, person-centred careConduct spot checks and staff supervisionsMentor and support the dedicated staff teamComplete care plans and risk assessmentsParticipate in the on-call rota The Candidate: To be considered for the Field Care Supervisor role, you will need: At least 9 months of experience as a Field Care SupervisorKnowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC and health & safetyStrong people management, communication, and organisational skillsLevel 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous, but support is available for those pursuing this qualification The client has been providing exceptional domiciliary and live-in care services since 2010.
