We are seeking an experienced HCA Supervisor to join our growing team, based at our Gerrards Cross office.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or field care role, combined with a Level 3 qualification in Social Care .
Key Responsibilities as a Field Care Supervisor: Supervision & Leadership: Supervise a team of Healthcare Assistants, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
Conduct performance assessments and offer guidance and support to staff.
Client Care (20%): Provide hands-on personal care when necessary, assisting with hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
Area Covering: Amersham Beaconsfield Chalfonts Denham Gerrards Cross Farnham Common Administrative Duties (80%): Coordinate rotas, manage recruitment, and oversee training and development.
Maintain client care records, update care plans, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assurance checks in line with company standards.
Skills, Experience, and Abilities: Required: Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
2+ years of experience as a Field Care Supervisor or in a similar role.
Full UK Driving Licence with Business Car Insurance and access to a vehicle.
Preferred: Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask between fieldwork and administrative duties.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
