Job Description What you'll do Ideally we would like you to have experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users in the service user's home.
However this is not essential as we provide full training.
We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care.
You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.  Qualifications What you'll need You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role.
