Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of M&A and ECM transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis.
Collaborate with senior team members to prepare marketing materials, conduct due diligence, and manage transaction processes.
Engage directly with clients from the outset, representing the firm in client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Lead and oversee pitch work and financial analysis, mentoring junior team members as required.
Stay informed of market trends, client activity, and industry developments, providing strategic insights to the team and clients.
Qualifications & Experience: Previous M&A experience, with a strong focus on the Financial Institution subsectors (asset management, debt servicing, sponsors or insurance).
Proven expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and cash flow modeling.
A minimum of a 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
Additional European language skills are advantageous.
Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
