This is a unique position for a highly creative interior designer who is looking to take the reins on FF&E for a boutique property developer in the high-end residential sector.
The role includes concept to completion of very high-end units in a prime central London location that will receive international press.
My client is looking for someone who lives and breathes design, wants to create a new aesthetic and push boundaries in this sector.
You will be the first hire and work independently with the Director.
In time, you would ideally lead a small team on future projects.
This position is all-encompassing; they are looking for someone who can co-create FF+E concepts, has experience with creating photoshopped GAs and elevations for the layouts of the FF&E, experience on site and of procurement, logistics and dressing.
As the first hire they would be interested to see how you organise yourself and if you use any particular systems to do so.
They are looking for energy and passion to make this their own.
There's space for this person to bookend the Sales & Marketing side of the business and also the Architecture side of the business.
This client also could get private work from the end-user/ buyer to adapt their interiors upon sale and so they hope to add to this team over time and have this hire lead the team.
Moving into a more high-end buyer market they would describe their aesthetic as authentic, layered, contemporary and can be eclectic but not a pastiche, with a focus on tones and textures.
This role requires 4x week in the office.
