Job title: Fencing Operative Location: Falkirk Hourly Rate: £14.00 - £16.50 Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Monday - Friday (8 hours per shift) About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fencing Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the installation of security fencing and small civil works around SPEN substations.
As a leader in this field, you will work closely with a small team of Fencing Operatives to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the fencing and civil works industry.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Commitment to upholding safety standards and compliance.
Hold a full UK driver's license.
Hold or previously held SPEN authorisations (EN-1, Wi-1, Wi-2 - now COMP PERSON and APSA) and be willing to renew these as required.
