Location: You will be working at our residential service, supporting 8 individuals with Learning Disabilities.

Shift Patterns This is a 24-hour service, therefore it is essential to have flexibility.
However, we offer a wide range of shifts to assist those who have children, or is a caregiver for a family member.
Shifts could include early mornings, late evenings, sleep-ins, waking nights, and some weekends.
Please note that working hours may vary from service to service.
Role Responsibility What will I be doing?
This is a hands-on job in which no two days are the same.
Your duties will include: Provide person-centered support in all aspects of the client''s lives, including managing their home, personal care, accessing community facilities, and maintaining important relationships.
Support individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and other health conditions.
Attend GP and hospital appointments as needed (a full UK driving license is preferable).
The Ideal Candidate Main Duties: Promote the independence of the people we support by developing their life skills and personal interests.
Support a variety of daily activities, including cleaning, cooking, outings, and holidays.
Arrange activities both at home and in the local community.
Assist with personal care needs and manual handling.
Support individuals with their medication.
Utilize our digital social care record system to streamline daily tasks and spend more time with the people we support.
