Department Support Worker Are you a caring, compassionate individual looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people's lives?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Hayle, helping four ladies live independently in their own home!About the Role:As a Support Worker, you will be working with four lovely ladies who enjoy living life to the fullest!
They love pamper sessions, going shopping, spending time with their families, and getting out into the local community.
Your role will be to provide them with the support they need to continue enjoying their independence while ensuring their needs are met in a warm, friendly, and caring environment.Key Responsibilities:Support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household choresAssist with planning and attending fun activities, such as shopping trips, pampering days, and family visitsEncourage and facilitate engagement in community activities, ensuring they feel included and empoweredHelp maintain their independence by providing emotional support and guidance where neededLiaise with families and other care professionals to ensure a person-centered approach is deliveredWhat We Are Looking For:A caring, patient, and positive attitudeExcellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping othersAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in care or support work is not essential – full training will be providedMust be flexible with working hours (evenings and weekends will be required)Applications will be shortlisted on receipt and interviews will be held until the posts are filledWhy join us?Full-time or part-time contracts available£12 per hour30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Supported 'Learn to Drive' scheme (up to 30 driving lessons, 1 theory/practical test - all paid for by us)We offer a salary advance scheme where you can access up to 50% of the money you've earned before payday.
